Services
The foundation of our organization centers on the provision of professional, efficient, and cost-effective engineering services to pharmaceutical companies. We prioritize ethical and sustainable practices and strive to foster an enriching, equitable, and comfortable work environment for our employees, partners, and clients. Our primary focus is on the critical elements of manufacturing processes, and we aim to harness technology to develop cutting-edge design solutions and methodologies.
Design
We believe in the pivotal role of project concept design in achieving an optimal, efficient, and safe design, as well as in ensuring alignment with all project stakeholders.
- The concept stage encompasses the following aspects:
- Material and energy balances.
Equipment sizing and selection.
Utility sizing and load analysis. - Assessment of layout alternatives and technological choices.
Establishment of a design foundation for various project disciplines. - Project cost estimation with a deviation of ± 30% for the shortlisted options.
- Project schedule development.
- The concept stage offers strategic insights to management, aiding in the determination of the most suitable approach for project implementation based on priorities, focus areas, and company objectives related to the project.
Project Management
Supporting the client in project scheduling and implementation tracking, with an emphasis on identifying bottlenecks and proposing remedies to maintain project progress, is our primary focus.
Key project management components encompass:
- Preparation of the project charter and outlining the project scope.
- Development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule.
- Resource allocation and planning.
Identifying and monitoring the critical path. - Managing budget expenditures.
Employing control charts. - Producing project reports and finalizing project activities.
Engineering Consultancy
At this stage, the engineering process focuses on the comprehensive specification and planning of various on-site tasks, including piping, electrical work, automation, and environmental health and safety (EHS) considerations.
It entails the creation of tender documents for site contractors and the development of detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on the 3D model’s progress. Information obtained from vendors, following procurement, is seamlessly incorporated into the design to ensure a smooth project execution.
- The creation of a 3D model of the plant, encompassing all associated services.
- The preparation of tender documents for on-site tasks, covering mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and cleanroom requirements.
- A review of vendor documentation.
- The issuance of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings to guide the construction process.
Value Engineering
The development of fundamental engineering, rooted in decisions made during the conceptual design, with a steadfast emphasis on process-related aspects. The primary aim of fundamental engineering is to progress and synchronize all areas, enhancing project cost estimation accuracy.
The fundamental engineering phase encompasses the following:
- Layouts for Process and Utility Equipment
- Diagrams for Piping and Instruments
Philosophy for Control and Architecture for Networks - Specifications for equipment related to the process, utility, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS)
- Single-line drawings and specifications for electrical systems
- Specifications for control systems and instruments
- Project cost estimation with an accuracy level of ± 15%

Commission Qualification Validation (CQV)
At this CQV, we engage in the following activities:
- Conducting design reviews, installation verification, and functional testing.
Generating end-of-commissioning reports that encompass an overview of the results and any encountered deviations during the testing process. - Undertaking facility and equipment qualification.
- Comprehensively documenting the entire lifecycle, including URS (User Requirement Specification), FRS (Functional Requirement Specification), DS (Design Specification), DQ (Design Qualification), IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification).
- Reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards
